Warning for MySQL driver on Database Configuration Screen can cause confusion

    Description

Currently when you select MySQL from the drop down for external databases on the Database Configuration Screen of the Confluence Setup Wizard you get a yellow highlighted warning box that states:

Confluence needs a MySQL driver. Please consult our documentation for more information.

The wording can be confusing when paired with a warning box, and lead one to believe the plugin isn't installed when all that needs to happen is click the External Database button.

I have two suggestions that might alleviate confusion:

      1. Change the wording to be more obvious that it is a reminder and not a warning that something is wrong
      2. Base the appearance of this warning box on whether the driver is loaded by Confluence (which it should do at startup if the driver is installed correctly)
