Page does know scroll when pressing pageDown in Editor For IE 9, IE 10

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a page with multiple line of content
2. place the cursor at top left(begins of the content)
3. press "pageDown" button from keyboard

Expected behavior: The cursor will go to the bottom of the page and the page will scroll to bottom of the page too

Actual behaviour: Only cursor moved to bottom of the page

Additional note:

IE 11 working just fine without problem
