atlas-run throws exception when used with --version 5.2.5

    Description

      I an using the atlassian sdk on Ubuntu 12.10 to create blueprints. Since we are using Confluence 5.2.5, I am running atlas-run --version 5.2.5 to make sure the blueprint runs on our machine. Using this command throws an exception on the commandline. The server starts up, but when I open the URL in my browser, I see the default tomcat 404 page.
