multiple Ctrl-shift-A lock edit page

When editing a page and accidentally pressing Ctrl-shift-A (to request the macro insert window) multiple times -> locks a user in the macro window.

What happens after pressing multiple Ctrs-shift-A:
The macro selection window appears, one can select the desired macro, and you can see it being inserted.
However the macro selection window remains present and one can not return to editing the confluence page.
Using the "cancel" link on the macro selection window does not work.
One needs to close the browser window and re-navigate to the page one wants to edit.
