Confluence: Change Color of Text in Outline format, Re-Arranges Lines in Outline

We have this report from internal customers. After upgrading to 5.5 it seems the issue got fixed in Chrome but still appears in Firefox and IE.

WHEN Change Color of Font
THEN Lines of Outline get Re-Arranged

It seems that given a bullet point number formatting with children bullets when changing the color of the top tree bullets the formatting breaks and gets re-arranged (two bullet lines get combined into one).

Please look into it and see what may cause it.
