UPM Upgrade to version 2.16.2 Hang

      When you are updating UPM to version 2.16.2, It never finishes:

      But, when you open another page access to your manage add-ons page, it shows it had already installed:
      .

      Tested on Postgres9.1, Mysql 5.5 and embedded database, all of them have the exact same result.
