Edge-index incorrect behaviour when content permissions change

    Description

      Changing the permissions of a page causes the edge index to fall into an inconsistent state.

      • Pages with restrictions will be removed from the edge index completely. These pages will not be re-added to edge index again, even if they are completely unrestricted again.
      • Children of pages with restrictions will not be given permissionSet fields correctly, which results in them showing up in the Popular dashboard tab for users that do not have permission to view them.
