Description
Start up a fresh new installation of Win7, without any Java installed
Install the 5.5-RC release candidate
Select to start confluence as a service
Confluence gets installed but it does not start.

Notes
Starting as not-a service works fine
We believe that this has to do with the upgrade to Tomcat7
The jre gets installed but the service does set the java home directory where the jre was installed (we think)
