Adding local variables in the bundled global templates will not work.

      When editing the bundled templates like Product Requirements or Decisions blue print to add a local list variable it will not work at all, you will be able to preview it, however when you try to use it the template will be blank.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to Global Templates.
      2. Edit the Product requirements or the Decisions blue print template.
      3. Now add a new local list variable.
      4. Click on Preview.

        So far all good.
      5. Now try to use the edited Product Requirements:
