We would like the keyboard shortcut Share with Customer Alt + E to be changed to Alt + S just like when you send an email in Outlook. If I now do Alt + S the message will be a Internal message, but most of the time I am replying direct to my customer so I do not want to make a internal message. Alt + E  is Share with customer but that opens the configuration menu of Chrome so that is not workable and I think sending a message should have the same shortcut as Outlook because most people are used to that. Hopefully the buttons can be custom ASAP.

Sorry to bring back an issue from the dead (all the way from 2014)...

I would like to setup keyboard shortcuts in another language.

We're using Jira 7.8.4 and the main language we use is Hebrew.

As a result, we have to switch the keyboard language to English, press the shortcut key, then switch back to Hebrew to update issue text details.

If I could define shortcut keys in Hebrew, I'll save our developers the hassle...

It would be good to have a keyboard shortcut for create sub-task currently there is a work around using ".cr" but this works on the assumption that no plugin creates an action that starts with "cr" and sits above the create sub-task action in the actions list opened by the "." shortcut.  Creating this official shortcut would also add this to the shortcut documentation making this feature more widely accessible. 

Would like the ability to fire a transition or change a status based on a keyboard shortcut. For example, pressing P would make the card Pullable. 

We too would find it very useful if you could transition issues using keyboard shortcuts.

Especially for transitions it would definitely make things faster if you could set shortcuts for them. Best place for that would be the edit screen of each transition.

I would love this to be able to create a shortcut for a custom field all of my teams use. It is cumbersome to get to in the main edit issue screen.

It would be nice if you could attach a custom form to a custom hotkey so that when the key was pressed the form for editing the issue would pop up.
1 example of this could be that a custom field that has a group picker that assigns the issue to a particular team. instead of using 'a' to assign an individual member the issue it would be nice if we could assign 'g' as a hotkey. when that key was pressed a form that included the group picker would display to update the issue.
