Login problem of Confluence

Hi Support,
As our company many user reported that our Conflunece have root problem,user usually cannot login for the first and second attempt. and need try to attempt that can log in to Confluence, our confluence have join AD , version is 5.3.4,
please let me how to fix this issue. and how to fix it, thank you
