Hi everyone,
Over the past 18 months, we've been working hard at building out the functionality of organizations and Atlassian Access. Both the functionality that is available to all customers with organizations and [domain verificationhttps://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/verify-a-domain-for-your-organization-873871234.html], and the functionality included with an Atlassian Access subscription, map to what is available for our on-premises products with Atlassian Crowd.
This includes:
- Ability to view, deactivate, and delete accounts used across multiple products
- A central view of all the applications you administer
- Ability to set up single sign on (by connecting to a SAML-based identity provider)
- Ability to set up user provisioning and deprovisioning
- Ability to sync groups from AD or LDAP (via a cloud identity provider)
- A consolidated audit log of user and group changes across your company

Dave Meyer

I manage an extranet for partners. Currently, Confluence OnDemand's Admin console is pretty sparse on user management features. I need the ability to require users to reset their passwords periodically (or be disabled), identify and disable stale user accounts, generate and export lists of users, etc.
The biggest concern I have is that users leave their current companies and go to one of my competitors. Unless someone else in that company tells me that user is no longer with them, I have no way of knowing. This exposes my company's confidential information to a potential competitor.
I would be interested in purchasing a Crowd OnDemand subscription. This issue is not requesting standalone Crowd integration with OnDemand products, though I can imagine users being interested in that.
