Persistent "Edit link in a dialogue" in app help tooltip

    Description

      Tooltip from edit link persists within Confluence editor content box, when the expected behavior would be to see it vanishing.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1) In blank wiki page click Insert Link
      2) For Address type "google.com" for text type "link"
      3) Click on the word link, choose "edit"
      4) Hit Cancel
      5) the call out "Edit link in a dialogue" is still there.

      Workaround:

      Click over the link to invoke the toolbar, avoid hovering in any content and click outside the element to dismiss the tooltip.
