Export a Space, Import it again, Labels will not be imported and all pages are unlabeled

I exported my space as XML and made some manual changes.
I know what I was doing, because the JIRA Issue Macro is really heavyweight and on every newly created page from a template I needed to define that my jira issue macro should only display 3 columns, so i decided to export my space as xml, change it and import it again.

• Export Space as XML
• Delete Space from Confluence
• Import Space in Confluence Admin (Backup & Restore)
• Space is restored, except all labels are now gone, because labels were not imported again.
  When working with blueprints, that basically live by labels, this is really annoying...

Is there a workaround?
If you want I can also attach the exported XML and the XML I imported (with the JIRA Issue Macro changes)
