Spurious Warning Thrown in Logs When Using Database Attachment Storage

Steps to replicate

1. Change to Database Attachment Storage
2. Create a user and upload a Profile Picture
3. Use the newly created user to perform activities in the instance (create space, create page, copy page, etc)
4. The following WARNS is listed in the logs:
