    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Should not only send a notification to admin when a user registered but also
      send a notification/welcome message to the user via email.

      Also, the content of the email should be customizable.
