Clicking items in Help Menu does not dismiss the menu

When selecting items in the Help menu, if the item does not load a new page or focus on a control when clicked (like What's New/Keyboard shortcuts), the menu remains open. In stable this affects Available Gadgets and on master it also affects About Confluence. The issue is the result of an "interactive" class that is added to the menu items by the atlassian-nav-links plugin. With this class presenting on a menu item, clicking that menu item will not close the menu.
