[CONFSERVER-32094] Export space produces url link with spaces

An invalid url link is produced by export space. Looks like someone (recently 5.4?) rename the export to Confluence space export-115819-10.xml.zip. The url link should encode the blanks.

For the record: For me it's working in 5.3.4 just fine.

I see this in Confluence 5.3.1 too.
