"Confluence Checklist" still refers to JDK 1.4 as minimum requirement

If I attempt to run Confluence on a platform that doesn't meet the minimum requirements, I get the Confluence Checklist page. This page lists the minimum JVM as "Java Development Kit 1.4 or higher", even though the minimum support JVM on https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Supported+Platforms is 1.7

Even though Confluence technically still runs on Java 1.6 (even if it's not supported), this checklist (and the check that lies behind it), should probably be more aggressive than just requiring 1.4.
