Livesearch option "Restrict to label(s)" not working properly

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      We are using Livesearch, which is set to filter search results by a specific label.

      However, when we introduce a search word and type Enter, the search returns results from pages that don't have that label.
      Somebody has already pointed out this same wrong behaviour in the Livesearch macro page https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Livesearch+Macro?showComments=true, but still without feedback.

      We are currently using Confluence 5.3.x.

      Could you please have a look at it?
