IE11 - Inserting content always puts it at the top of the Editor

      Instead of being inserted where the cursor currently is, content is put at the top of the page.

      Reproduced for:

      • Tables
      • Images
      • Emoticons
      • Status

      If you do things inline (e.g. put a status macro in with autocomplete rather than from the insert menu, it works.)

            Tested this on Confluence 5.3.4 using IE 11.0.9600.18015 (Update Versions: 11.0.23) and failing to reproduce this. Hence assuming it got introduced in 5.4 as suggested in CONF-31615.

            Maybe, I didn't have CONFDEV-20905 happen before seeing this though.

            This was intermittent, sometimes it worked ok, sometimes it didn't. Edit/create/comment all suffered from this problem at some point.
