The confluence-meeting-notes-plugin is currently not included in the Confluence source distribution, and the canonical repository for this plugin has restricted access on Bitbucket.

This makes it impossible for customers and add-on developers to view and learn from the code in this plugin.

This is especially frustrating since our developer documentation on building blueprints modules specifically suggests that developers should look at the bundled blueprints for more detailed examples (https://developer.atlassian.com/display/CONFDEV/Javascript+API+for+blueprint+wizards).
