Display URL is not used when inserting jira issue with JIRA Macro 5.x

    Description

      Display URL is configured when configuring Application Link in the Confluence admin panel. This URL is used when displaying JIRA links in Confluence in the browser.

      But Confluence does not use the Display URL when inserting JIRA issue.

      This is a regression, it used to work with the old JIRA Issue Macro.
