Adding label on edit page broken (IE8)

      1. Click create button and choose blank page from the dialog
      2. In the editor, click on Label button (bottom of the page)
      3. Enter label
      4. Click add

      The dialog becomes unusable with the user unable to enter anything in the labels field until the editing session is restarted.

      Couldn't reproduce on IE9. Likely to be IE8 specific.
      Reproduced on 5.2.5 (CAC)
