    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently Confluence will allow you to create lots of anchors with the same name in the same page. This means that a link to that anchor will only go to the first linked anchor.

      Either a warning, or simply not allowing multiple of the same anchor in the same page would prevent this.
