Outgoing authentication settings for generic/etc AppLinks are broken

After creation of Application Link I see '#xsrfTokenElement()' in Authentication Configuration form.

If I try to submit this form I see error message "XSRF Security Token Missing".

I can reproduce this with Generic Application Link type as well as with our custom TeamCity Application Link

Workaround:

• Delete the application links manually
  • Ensure to delete any entries related to confluence/jira in the keystore table in the confluence db

• Follow steps to initialize keystore table in confluence in resolution:

  I have tested the init_keystore_4_2.jsp with confluence 5.2.3 and it works as expected.
