      Support nested groups for userlister-macro

Our Confluence is bind to ActiveDirectory.
Sometime we are using nested groups (A Group within an other group).

The userlister-macro don't show the users who are member of the nested group.

We have a similar setup (multiple AD + LDAP's with group nesting) but through Crowd before they hit the apps - all with the nesting function enabled -  and I can confirm that the User List Macro supports showing the nested members (and has since ~ 5.x versions).

The only reason I found this issue is that I was looking to see if there was a way to have the User List Marco actually show the nested groups - not just a flat representation of the expanded groups. Appears not  - this was just close based off keywords.
