Restriction on the Page or Space notification

Allow owner of a page or space to restrict the user from receiving certain type of notification when they watch the space or page. Owner should also be able to completely restrict user from watching a page or space.

For example, an owner of a page restrict user from getting notify after he has edited the page but allow user from getting notify about new comment in the pages.
