When Page Tree Plugin Cannot be encapsulated by any Text Attributes, such as Bold, Italic and more it renders Undefined

      Problem

      Page Tree Macro does not work when it is wrapped around a text attribute such as bold or italic, it renders Undefined

      <p>
        <strong>
          <br/>
        </strong> <strong>
          <ac:macro ac:name="pagetree"/>
        </strong>
      </p>

      Workaround

      Delete the Macro and create it again, make sure that no attribute has been selected.

            I got the same experience in my Atlassian Confluence version 7.13.7

            When the Page Tree macro is market with BOLD (Strong in the HTLML) it will not render

            I'm seeing something that sounds similar: in Confluence 5.4.4, if the bold attribute (I haven't tried others) is applied to the macro, it never finishes loading - i.e. it displays "Loading..." and never stops.
