instructional text shows up in search results

      Steps to reproduce

      1. create a template
      2. insert instructional text on the template (make the instructional text relativley unique)
      3. insert more text below it (make sure the text doesn't include any words from the instructional text)
      4. save the template
      5. create a page from the template
      6. enter a title (make sure the title doesn't include any words from the instructional text) and save the page (without replacing the instructional text, just leave it alone)

      Search for the string in the instructional text. The page will get returned in the search (which is not correct behaviour)

      When the user gets to the page, they may be confused because the view page will not display the instructional text (which is correct behaviour)
