After creating a link to an anchor on the same page as the link, it is no longer possible to edit that link. The "edit" option is displayed but clicking on the button has no effect, but if you create a link to the same anchor on another page, (different to the one containing the anchor), then you can edit that link as expected but if the link is on the same page as the anchor you cannot edit it.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add an anchor macro to a page
2. Create a link to that anchor on the same page
3. Save the page, then try to edit the link to the anchor after the page has been saved.

This has been tested and reproduced in Chrome v27 and Firefox v20.

Workaround

Delete and recreate the link to the anchor by following the instructions in this document: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Working+with+Anchors
