    Description

NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

When running the installer on Linux system, it will add a user (confluence) to start up the application, currently our setup script is creating a new user within the total UID range.

In case that the user do have a UID range defined for the no system user in the file adduser.conf, it has a chance to create user in the no system user UID range (for example LDAP user), which is not expected as the user created should only served as a system user.

The installer can run commend useradd with parameter "-r" to force the creation to pick up a system UID.
