      Create link to an anchor from another web page or another Confluence site is very complex. See: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONF51/Linking+to+Pages#LinkingtoPages-Linkingtoananchor

      Could be useful to add 'Copy link to this Anchor' in the contextual menu. Similar at "link to page" into the page menu.
