Named excerpts

      It would be nice to be able to have multiple excerpts on a page, each with a different name, so that you could excerpt-include different portions of the page for different reasons. E.g. You might want to excerpt the first paragraph, or some sort of 'status' text, or some table. The default excerpt would have no name, and would work as it now does.
