Configure sidebar functionality is broken when on Space Admin pages

When using the Confluence default theme, if you're on a space admin page and click 'Configure sidebar' in the sidebar, then click 'Add link', instead of a popup appearing, nothing happens. The same sequence works properly if you are on a non-admin page.
