Sidebar styles included without sidebar

The Confluence 5 sidebar requires a page-specific style:

Where the 285 gets changed when people drag it.

This is currently being included on doctheme pages and the dashboard.

This style tag is included in the IE limit of 31 style or link tags, which we are always running into, so it is essential to limit its inclusion to pages on which it is relevant.
