Upgrading from 3.5.x with accentedpage title, anchors break content

When upgrading from 3.5.x to a later version and using accented characters in page title, anchors will break the content as a result, seemingly due to character encoding problems.

The problem is related to the rendering of wiki markup, when there are unknown macros defined in the page.
When the unknown macro is removed, and the migration is done again, the issue is solved.
