Editor pages loaded via Blueprints don't get the correct main decorator applied when using custom themes

      -Confluence does not apply any decorators to the /plugins/* url pattern which is what the blueprints create url starts with-
      Actually I think the problem is that we always apply the default confluence main.vmd regardless of the theme. We have a decorator pattern in the blueprints plugin which hard codes this.

      This is a problem to custom themed instances.
