Double Logo on The Dashboard when Confluence is Configured to Use Documentation Theme

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Configured Confluence to use "Default Theme"
      2. Access Dashboard, it will display only one logo as describe on Confluence 5.0 release notes
      3. Change the Global theme to "Documentation Theme"
      4. Access Dashboard, it will display two logo on the navigation bar and header as describe here:
      5. This behavior persist in "Space Directory" and "People Directory"

      Expected Results:

      Confluence should make dashboard global as it is not tied to any theme yet (not content such as pages/blogs) and uniform the behavior to rendered the page as describe on the release notes:

            This bug is still present.
            I was uploading my new company logo (as site logo) while using the documentation theme.
            I have returned back to the dashboard and... the logo is now displayed again in the left side of the dashboard! grrrrrrrr!....

            Now I cannot remember what exactly I have done many weeks ago to make it displayed only on the menubar.
            This is a little bit frustrating.... grrrrr!...

            (Confluence version 5.3.2)
