File lists are created as siblings of current file list and not as children

When you create a blueprint file list while viewing another file list page, it creates the new file list as a sibling of the current and not as a child. When creating pages for example, if you create a new page while seeing another page, the new page will be a child of the current page. This behavior is misleading for file lists.
