This is occurring on the hosted version of Confluence.
Description
When creating a link to another space using the link formatter, the link breaks when the page name starts with a D.
I attempt to create a link like so: [DA_INFO|dbo:DA_INFO]. When I get to the : D, it is changed to a smiley face (just like here, which is why they're spaced out), and if you finish creating the link, the final link displays the correct text, but creates a link to "dboA_INFO" in the current space.
This does not occur if the page exists and you select the page from the "Link suggestions" dropdown.
This can be worked around by creating the link like so: [DA_INFO|dbo: DA_INFO] - the space between the : and D is stripped out, and link is created successfully.
