When changing the Site Homepage in OnDemand, an error appears

When an administrator tries to change the Default Dashboard in confluence by changing it to a different Space, Confluence shows the following Error

The following error(s) occurred:

The SPACENAME space must be accessible to the confluence-users group (or anonymous view permissions must be granted) in order to be set as the Site Homepage.

However, the confluence-users group does not exist in OnDemand, instead the Users group is set by default.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Configuration > General Configuration
2. Click Edit
3. Select a space
4. Save
