Details Summary macro table head encoding

When using the Details Summary Macro along with the Metadata Details macro having parameter names (that will become table headings) will display HTML entity instead of an apostrophe (').

Example:

A space export from 4.3.2 is attached to the ticket to demonstrate the problem.
