Navigation Map Macro Does Not Remove Deleted Pages

When using the navigation map macro, pages which have been removed are not removed from the macro.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a page 'testPage' with a label 'testLabel'
2. Create another page 'testView' with the map navigation macro that uses the label 'testLabel'
3. Navigate to 'testPage' and choose 'remove' under 'tools'
4. Navigate to 'testView' and see that that 'testPage is still listed

Workaround 1
Remove the label in use by the map navigation macro before removing the page.

Workaround 2
Warning, this workaround includes steps which are not reservable as the content will be permanently deleted.

1. Enter the space administration screens
2. Click 'trash'
3. Located page that should not be appearing in the navigation map macro and purge it
