Hitting the back button after clicking a link on a TOC doesn't do anything

How to reproduce:

go here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONF42/Contributing+to+the+Confluence+Documentation
click on "Blogging your Technical Tips and Guides – Tips of the Trade" in the table of contents
click Back on the browser. Notice it doesn't do anything.
