The table drop-down is positioned over the button instead of beneath it using the quick comment editor

Normally, the 'insert table' drop down will be shown beneath the table button -

However, in the quick-comment editor the drop down is shown over the top of the table button -

I've raised this as major even though it is basically cosmetic. The reason is that this is preventing us from running any of the the table-picker tests on our Quick Comment automated builds so potentially hiding other failures now or in the future.

When this is fixed then the exclusion on the table-picker-test should be removed from com.atlassian.confluence.qunit.QUnitQuickCommentEditorWebDriverTestSuite

I should note that the 'insert' menu drop down does not suffer from this problem.
