Feedback Policy:

Problem: Moving a page can trigger lots of notifications, this sucks if you are doing some clean-up of a space.

Solution:

The move page dialog should not trigger notifications by default
We should add a simple checkbox:

to let the user choose if they want notifications to be sent off
