Insert PDF Macro, dropdown doesn't get updated in IE8

      When working with the "view-pdf-macro", the FileName Dropdown doesn't get filled and refreshed with the available attachments after I searched for a page in the input field above (Internet Explorer 8). This works fine with Firefox13. Additionally the dropdown width is much too small in IE8 too and the name of a selected entry doesn't get displayed at all.

            Thanks for taking the time to raise this issue. As you are no doubt aware this issue has been on our backlog for some time now with very little movement.

            I'm going to close this to set expectations so the issue doesn't stay open for years with few updates. If demand for this picks up, we will reopen the issue.

            Hi Steve,

            initially for the first searched page, I call it "page A", the dropdown does get populated but the text is not visible, you are right. However, if you then search for a different page B the results are not refreshed in IE8 and you still see only the attachments of page A.

            We're having some trouble reproducing this issue locally. From the screenshots that you've provided it look like the dropdown may have been populated but the text is not visible. Could you confirm whether this is the case.
