Excerpt macro removes white space below headings

To replicate, create a page with the following:

h1. Title

{excerpt}
This is a test.
{excerpt}

The page will render with very little whitespace between the heading and line. Add another line underneath it like...

h1. Title

{excerpt}
This is a test.
{excerpt}

This is also a test.

... and the page will render properly.
