Provide option to hide the left-hand panel entirely in the Documentation theme

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      The Documentation theme allows you to enable/disable the navigation tree, but there is no option to remove the left-hand panel altogether.

      We would like the option to hide the panel from all users, or to not show it if it is empty.
